Matt Bolinger (bass guitar / vocals)
When a young Matt was staring at a bass guitar in the music store, the man told him that the bass was the foundation and soul of a band. Matt was overheard to ask “Do you have anything that doesn’t involve, like, moving my fingers?” The man replied “Well, sir, the bass is the instrument for you! Nothing matches the fat, meaty sound of a bass played by the meaty stubs of a man.” And thus, a bass man was born.
Since his retirement as a certified financial planner, when he’s not out laying down the major thumpitude, Matt spends his time petting his kitty, soaking in the hot tub, and terrorizing the neighborhood on his go-kart. As an avid cyclist, he rides a Sledgehammer. It’s got shocks and pegs… he’s pretty lucky. He once took it off a sweet jump and got like three feet of air.

Henly Page (guitar / vocals)
Henly’s earlier life details are murky at best, but here’s what we know. After jumping ship in Hong Kong and making his way over to Tibet, he got on as a looper at a course over in the Himalayas. You know, a caddy, a looper, a jock. Word has it that he once caddied for the Dalai Lama himself. Twelfth son of the Lama. The flowing robes, the grace, bald… striking. Anyway, that round ended with the promise to Henly that when he dies, on his deathbed, he will receive complete and total consciousness. So he’s got that goin’ for him, which is nice.
Currently, Henly enjoys breeding German Shepherds. Not in the traditional sense, however – generally, he uses another German Shepherd for the task. He is also a master of karate and friendship for everyone.

Ely Page (keyboards / vocals)
When we found Ely, he was living in a dumpster and job hunting. He’d been out of work for close to nine years (he was holding out for a management position). He was just, you know, living off unemployment, scratch-off tickets, and of course, the occasional odd job. It was a great ride, and he really enjoyed it – but we cleaned him up and got him a hot meal, and he turned a corner in life.
Currently, he’s doubly employed. When he’s not busy with his day job of advocating for school choice, Ely spends his summers working the carnival. Last year, he was a pixie dust spreader on the tilt-a-whirl, and this year, he thinks he’ll either be guessing people’s weight or barking for the yak lady. We’re very proud.

Ethan Page (guitar / vocals)
After achieving moderate local success as an exotic dancer, Ethan decided to leave that life behind and pursue his dream of becoming a professional valet parking attendant. Yet as exciting as that seems, he also has a sensitive, artistic side. He enjoys long walks on the beach, Lifetime movies, and anything by Michael McDonald.
Inspired by his brother, Henly, Ethan is currently working on a rock opera about a man who’s fighting the Night-man, who is the villain. When asked about the plot, he replied “The plot? Well, the plot is that the Night-man comes, and the Day-man, who is a fighter of the Night-man, has to fight him off because the Night-man is like… he’s this evil creature who wants to do bad things, but the Day-man, who is a champion of the sun, comes in and fights him, and they have this big battle, but the Day-man always wins.”

Troy Miller (drums / vocals / triangle)
If ever there was a face made for radio, this guy’s got it! (That’s why we hide him behind a set of drums.) As a classically trained musician, he truly believed that all those years of triangle lessons would one day pay off in spades. But at 10 years old when there was still no sign of his ship coming in, he unexpectedly discovered that he could do four different things with all four limbs at the same time… and he decided to take up drumming. Now, many (Many) (MANY) years later, those drums are really his thing – and he changes them up. A LOT. He is frequently asked “How many sets of drums do you have?!” Well, that information is confidential. It’s SO confidential, in fact, that HE doesn’t even know.
A face made for radio, indeed. But there IS alot to be said about solid triangle solo and a quality haircut.
